🔗︎ Questions about a journal or conference 📚︎

Each journal and conference on Reciprocal Reviews is run by its own editors, and only they can answer questions about it: its submissions, reviewing, assignments, deadlines, decisions, or what it pays in tokens. Write to them directly. Every venue's page lists its admins, and replying to an email we send you about a venue reaches its editors. The stewards don't run venues and can't answer for them.

🔗︎ Questions about Reciprocal Reviews ✉️

For questions about the platform itself, email stewards@reciprocal.reviews, which reaches all of the stewards at once. Write about your account, getting a copy of your data or having it deleted, proposing a new venue, or how tokens work across the platform.

The stewards are working scholars doing this alongside their jobs, so a reply may take a few days. Replying to an email Reciprocal Reviews sends you reaches them too, unless the email is about a venue, in which case it reaches that venue's editors.

🔗︎ Stewards 👤︎

Stewards maintain the platform and review new venue proposals. These are the people who will read your message:

🔗︎ Bugs and feature requests 🐞

Found something broken, or have an idea for a feature? Open an issue on GitHub, where others can see it, follow it, and add to it. Please don't email these to the stewards: a report in an inbox is one nobody else can find.
